Jermaine Small is entering his fifth season with the Gaels after joining the program as a full-time assistant coach in 2014-15.

Small came to Queen's having finished a three year stint as an assistant coach, involved in player development, recruiting, and summer camps, with the Ryerson Rams.

Himself a former athlete, Small has playing experience as an OCAA All-Star at St. Clair College, in Windsor, Ont., and a student-athlete at Houghton College, in upstate New York.
