Workplace Wellness for Queen's Faculty and Staff

Athletics and Recreation is pleased to continue working with Human Resources to offer workplace wellness programs. The programs provide activities that fit into the normal workday and promote active, healthy lifestyle choices. Program choices include; Yoga for Managing Stress, Chair Yoga, Steps to Wellness Walking Club and Lunch & Learn educational series.
