The OUA announced the 2026 Women's Rugby All-Stars Wednesday afternoon, with seven student-athletes from Queen's Women's Rugby being named First Team All-Stars.
Keira Alferez,
Robyn Baker,
Rachel Cullum,
Jiggy Schonfeld,
Drew Spencer,
Kennedi Stevenson, and
Riley Stone were all named First Team All-Stars.
Alferez (Kinesiology) was named an All-Star at Prop after finishing the regular season with two tries and helping the Gaels finish second in the OUA standings with a 5-1 record.
"Keira has stepped up for us in every possible way this season, delivering a campaign that is worthy of First Team recognition," said Queen's Women's Rugby Head Coach
Dan Valley. "She is an unbelievable teammate and even more impressive competitor."
Baker (Arts & Science) was named an All-Star at Back Three after finishing second on the Gaels in tries in the regular season with nine. Baker's nine tries were also fifth in the OUA.
"Robyn has put in so much time and energy to grow into the player she has become - she's worked quietly and consistently for years, so to see her get recognized as an OUA All-Star is so awesome - I couldn't be happier for her," said Valley.
Cullum (Arts & Science) was named an All-Star at Fly Half after finishing the regular season with one try.
"Rach has been the model of consistency within our squad for years now - we're so proud to see her earn this recognition in her fifth year," said Valley. "You couldn't find a more deserving recipient."
Schonfeld (Kinesiology) was named an All-Star at Back Row after finishing with eight tries and two converts on the season for 44 total points. Schonfeld was also named an OUA First Team All-Star last season.
"Jiggy has been a major part of our success this season," said Valley. "This recognition is a reflection of her innate talent - she's grown into one of the best rugby players in U SPORTS on any given day."
Spencer (Education) was named an All-Star at Hooker after finishing the season with three tries.
"Drew has been a major physical presence for us this season - she's quietly growing into one of the top players in the OUA and this award is just the beginning," said Valley.
Stevenson (Arts & Science) was named an All-Star at Back Three alongside Baker after leading the Gaels in tries with 11 on the season, which ranked third in the OUA. This is the third straight year Stevenson has been named an OUA All-Star.
"Kennedi has been the quintessential teammate this season - every week it's pretty exciting to see just what jaw-dropping move she's going to make," said Valley. "She just keeps getting better and better. An absolute joy to watch compete."
And Stone (Education) was named an All-Star at Second Row after finishing the season with seven tries.
"If there was ever a 'cinderella story', this is it," said Valley. "Ry Stone has earned her way up the ladder - from a development player in our squad in her first two seasons to OUA All-Star in her fourth year. This award is a testament to her patience, resilience and effort."
