Queen's Men's Rugby top Laurier to advance to OUA Championship

Queen's Men's Rugby advanced to the OUA Championship after traveling to Waterloo, Ont. Friday night and defeating the host Laurier Golden Hawks 29-22.

Marcus D'Acre (Economics) led the Gaels' offence in the win with 14 points off one try, three conversions, and one penalty goal.

Angus Dewar (Arts & Science), Coen Quinn (Applied Science), and Owen Lee (Commerce) also scored tries for Queen's in the big semifinals win.

The Gaels will travel to Guelph to take on the Guelph Gryphons in the OUA Championship on Thursday, Nov. 6.
