KINGSTON, Ont. (Dec. 2, 2022) - Queen's Women's Basketball defeated the TMU Bold 77-67 Friday night at the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC). With the win over the defending U SPORTS National Champions, the Gaels remained undefeated on the season, improving their record to 9-0.

The Gaels had four players score in double digits, with
Laura Donovan leading the way at 23 points.
Julia Chadwick wasn't far behind with 20 and
Bridget Mulholland and
Isabella Gaudet had 14 and 10 points respectively.

Queen's started off strong, finishing the first quarter up 10 but the Bold were able to close the lead to just five points heading into the second half. The Gaels stayed strong for the final half of the game, bringing home a win against a very strong TMU Bold.

The Gaels will play their final game before winter break as they take on the Toronto Varsity Blues at the Athletics and Recreational Centre Saturday night at 6 p.m. The game will also be available to stream at oua.tv.
