Christie Gray (Vancouver, BC) scored first half goals to lead Queen's Women's Soccer past the Ontario Ridgebacks 3-1 in Oshawa, Ont. Thursday night.
With the win, Queen's remains undefeated on the season, improving their record to 4-0.
Way's goal was her fourth on the season, putting her in third in the OUA in goal scoring. Gray's goal was her third on the season, putting her in a tie for fourth in the OUA in goal scoring.
After Ontario Tech scored in the final minutes of the first half to pull within a goal of Queen's,
Jamie Foot (North Vancouver, BC) added the Gaels' third goal of the game in the second half to cement the win.
Kirstin Tynan (North Vancouver, BC), was in net for her fourth win of the season.
Queen's, ranked No. 7 in the U SPORTS Top 10 rankings, are back in action Saturday, Oct. 9 at noon at Richardson Stadium, taking on the Ridgebacks again in the second half of their home-and-home series.
