KINGSTON, Ont. - Queen's Women's Volleyball head coach
Ryan Ratushniak is pleased to announce the addition of former Canadian Women's National Team member, Tabitha Love as an assistant coach.
Tabitha is originally from Dauphin Manitoba and has an extensive background in volleyball as a player and more recently as a coach. She has been involved with Team Canada since 2006 when she was in grade 8. Tabitha was a member of the NCAA Division 1 National Champions UCLA Bruins team in 2011. She has played professionally in Puerto Rico, Poland, Azerbaijan (Champions League with Azeryol) and in Germany in the Bundesliga. Most recently, in 2017 she played in Korea and was top scorer with the regular season champions Heungkunk Life Pink Spiders. She also set a team record with 46 points in one match that year.

Ryan Ratushniak, "I've worked with Tabitha when I coached her in 2015 and 2016 with our Canadian Women's National Team, and I feel that she will be an excellent addition to our staff and helping our team achieve our goals and objectives."
In addition to her role on the volleyball coaching staff, Tabitha is also working in the Athletics and Recreation department as the new Sport Clubs Assistant in Recreation. She will aid in supporting and providing resources to our Varsity and Recreational Clubs.
