BOX SCORE ST. CATHARINES, Ont. (November 30, 2018) – The Queen's Men's Basketball Team (5-4) fell to the Brock Badgers (6-4) 85 to 64 on Friday night at Bob Davis Gym. 
 
GAME FLOW
Despite the Badgers getting off to a hot start putting up 25 first quarter points, the Gaels were able to hang around in the first half as the Badgers had fifteen turnovers and allowed seven offensive rebounds which helped keep the Gaels in the game. Despite the Badgers shooting almost 61% from the field, they were only able to take a three-point lead to the half at 41 to 38.
 
The second half would be a much different story. While the Badgers were able to maintain their highly efficient shooting, the Gaels were woeful from the field, shooting only 23% and only 2 for 10 from three-point range. The 3^rdquarter saw a 15-point swing (25 to 10) in favour of the Badgers, which essentially put the game out of reach headed to the fourth. The Badgers would end up with an emphatic 21-point victory. 
 
Statistical leaders for the Gaels included Tanner Graham with 19 points and Quinton Gray with 16 points, meanwhile Cassidy Ryan led the way for the Badgers with 23 points in 27 minutes.
Brock was on fire from the field all game, shooting over 60% from the field and over 50% from three. The Badgers also had 18 assists in comparison to the Gaels' 4. The Gaels will look to bounce back tomorrow night in Hamilton.

GRAHAM CRACKS GAELS TOP FIVE
With his 19 points on Friday, Tanner Graham has moved into the Gaels' top five list in all-time scoring. He passed Mike Burleigh (1,048 points) for fifth on the list with his now 1,054 career points.
