SHERBROOKE, Que. - The Queen's Gaels men's basketball team was in Sherbrooke on Friday night taking on the Bishop's Gaiters in non-conference exhibition action where the Tricolour came away with an 81-66 victory.
The Gaels had five different scorers finish with 10 or more points on the night led by a game-high 23 from St. Lawrence College transfer Jaz Bains who also added eight rebounds, four assists and two steals.
Tanner Graham picked up the games only double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds while also protecting the rim well with his four blocks.
The Gaiters saw a strong performance from a pair of shooters as Alex Boisse and Joany Castor Thadal each had 11 points.
Queen's is back in action on Wednesday when they visit St. Lawrence College at 7:30 pm.Â
