GAMEFLOW
In the first, the Varsity Blues opened the scoring less than two minutes into the period. Connor Cleverley scored for the Blues with Russell Turner and Austin Broadhurst assisting on the play. This was the only goal of the period, giving the Blues a 1-0 lead heading into the second period.

In the second, the Queen's Gaels responded. In the last minute of the period, the Gaels scored back-to-back goals to take a 2-1 lead. Brock Edwards (Kingston, Ont.) scored the Gaels first goal, Darcy Greenaway (Wilton, Ont.) and Graeme Brown (Gananoque, Ont.) assisted. On the second goal, Alex Stothart (Ottawa, Ont.) scored,  with Dylan Anderson (Greely, Ont.) and Eric Margo (North Vancouver, B.C.) assisting on the play. Jacob Brennan (Halifax) was ironically the one who got the offence going for Queen's as he sent a stretch pass all the way to the Varsity Blues blue line which resulted in the Edwards goal.

The third proved to be a scoreless period, allowing the Gaels to take a 2-1 final over the Varsity Blues.
