Ming added two more points on one goal and one assist in Queen's 5-2 win against Ryerson.

Over the break, head coach Brett Gibson, along with starting netminder Kevin Bailie (Belleville, Ont.) and defenceman Spencer Abraham (Campbellville, Ont.), joined the CIS men's hockey all-stars for a pair of games against Canada's National Junior Team prospects. Abraham scored the lone goal of the shootout to go with two regulation assists to push the CIS all-stars to a 5-4 shootout win. Teammate Bailie earned the victory in net with his 40 save performance.

UQTR sit tied atop the OUA East with No. 2 McGill with identical 15-2-1 records. The Patriotes are riding a six game win streak into 2016, needing extra time to beat their last three opponents, Brock, McGill and Laurentian. Queen's last met UQTR in the final game of the 2014-15 regular season, when the Gaels stole a 4-3 shootout win.
