(September 20, 2015) - The Gaels rugby team (2-1) with a convincing 76-14 win over the Warriors (1-1) Sunday afternoon in Waterloo.GAME FLOWThe men's rugby team improved to 2-1 on the season with a big win at Waterloo Sunday as they defeated the Warriors by a score of 76-14. The game was never in doubt for Queen's as they lead from early on in and continued to build the lead throughout the game.
Leading the way for Queen's route on Waterloo was fourth year
Benjamin Oppenheimer (Ottawa) who finished as the top scorer in the game with three trys. Second year
Marc Levin (Vancouver) and fifth year centre Jeff MacDonald (Toronto) both contributed with two trys scored. Alex Colbourne hit five conversions throughout the game with
Will McArthur also contributing with two conversions as well as adding a try scored.
The rest of the Gaels points were scored by
Brendan Blaikie (North Vancouver), Matt Geisler (Toronto),
Eric Bleim and Cam Morrison who all scored a try each.
