BOSTON, Mass. (September 26, 2014) - The women's hockey team suffered a 10-1 loss Friday evening in an exhibition game versus the Boston College Eagles.
The Gaels found themselves trailing 6-0 after being outshot 22-3 in the first period of play. Boston College would add four more goals in the third, earning the 10-1 victory. The Eagles were lead offensively by Tori Sullivan and Alex Carpenter who scored three and two goals, respectively. Final shots for the game totalled 45-10 in favour of Boston College.
The Gaels will remain in Boston and return to action tomorrow afternoon when they battle Boston University before returning home to Queen's.
