SUDBURY, Ont. (September, 14) - The No. 2-ranked Gaels took a 3-0 win over the Laurentian Lady Vees today on the road in Sudbury.

Rachel Radu (Ottawa) put the Gaels on the board in the first half scoring the only goal before the break. In the second half,
Tara Bartram (Vancouver) widened the gap scoring in the forty-ninth minute of action and
Kayla Crnic (Mississauga, Ont.) put the game out of reach with a marker in the 89th minute.
Madison Tyrell (White Rock, B.C.) held the opposition to another shut out with six saves, helping the Gaels in giving the Lady Vees their first loss of the season.

The Gaels record stands at 4-0-1 as they head to North Bay to play Nippising University (1-2-1) tomorrow, Sunday September 15.
