KINGSTON, Ont. (March 1, 2013) -- The Queen's Gaels women's hockey team were able to close out their OUA Championship series tonight, beating the rival Mustangs 5-4 to complete the series sweep at home at the Memorial Centre.
The Gaels were led by sophmore defenseman
Danielle Girard, who was solid defensively and recorded two pivotal points--a goal and assist. Girard was named the 'Harrow Sports Player of the Game'.
