The Gaels finished out their regular season with a program record 20 wins and enter the post-season as the No. 7 team in the nation. The Gaels had no trouble taking care of Windsor in the regular season, winning all three contests including two in Windsor. The team starts the series off on the road on Thursday before returning home for the final two games.

(21) Morgan McHaffie (Forward)
2012-13: McHaffie brings all the elements that a forward needs with physical play and a scoring touch. She ranks first in the CIS in penalty minutes and is the seventh leading scorer in the nation. Her leadership will be leaned upon having been a member of the 2010-11 OUA Championship team and an OUA-All Star.

The Gaels will start their playoff run on the road as they travel to Sudbury next Wednesday to take on the Laurentian Voyageurs. This week the Gaels are off on a bye and Laurentian will close out their season with a home and home with the York Lions. No matter the outcome the matchup is set and Queen's will look to secure a win at the Ben Avery Gym where the Voyageurs bested the Gaels one week ago.

2012-13: Singh has impressed with his play as a first-year guard in the OUA, he leads the Gaels in assists and sits second in the OUA in the category. Singh's defensive play has been strong as his 34 steals are the 24th best in the CIS.

2012-13: No matter where the Gaels end up they will look to point guard Liz Boag for offense. The Kingston native recently returned from injury and helped the Gaels snap their losing streak. This season Boag's 38 three pointers are the seventh most in all the CIS.

The Queen's Gaels will take on the second seed Carleton Ravens in the opening round of the OUA playoffs. This season the Gaels were unnable to beat Carleton in either of their two matchups, losing by two goals each time. The Gaels improved their showing in the OUA late into the season and will look to stay hot as post-season play begins this Thursday in Ottawa.

2012-13: Whitlock picked up right where he left off after his 2011-12 All-Canadian season. His stellar 0.918 save percentage ranks among the CIS best in the category. Whitlock will be a key player in determining how far the Gaels can go in the playoffs.

The Gaels get a favourable matchup in the opening round of the OUA playoffs as they host the York Lions, a team the Gaels have beat twice this season and has a sub .500 record on the road. Their only match in Kingston was a quick one as Queen's took down York 3-0 on Feb 2. The Gaels are the defending OUA Champions and their quest for the title starts Saturday at 8PM at the ARC.

2012-13: A leader on the Gaels squad and quarterback of the offensive attack Dakin brings the poise and experience that a young Queen's team will need. Dakin is a two time OUA Champion and his OUA playoff and CIS Championship experience will only aid in the Gaels playoff push.

The Gaels will look to take down Toronto to open the OUA playoffs. The two teams have met twice this season with the home team winning each match. The Gaels OUA Championship title defence starts at home where Queen's finished the regular season with an impressive 7-2 record. The Gaels defensive play can has helped keep plays alive all year as the team has the second most digs in the CIS this season.

(7) Colleen Ogilvie (Outside Hitter)
2012-13: Ogilvie returned to the Gaels after last playing in 2010-11 for a fifth season where she has been a powerful presence on the left side. She ranks 14th in the CIS with 3.14 kills per set this season. The Calgary native had 14 and 11 kills against Toronto in their previous meetings this season.
