BOX SCORE NORTH BAY, Ont. (November 24, 2013) - Courtenay Jacklin (Regina, Sask.) netted the overtime winner against Nipissing Sunday afternoon on the road, and Captain Morgan McHaffie (Guelph, Ont.) scored two goals in her second consecutive three-point game.

Nipissing took a two-goal lead in the first period with goals from Brittany Taylor and Jade Gauthier.  

Queen's responded with three straight goals, McHaffie's two and one from Taryn Pilon (Peterborough, Ont.). Alisha Sealey (Elora, Ont.) picked up assists on all three goals, giving the Gaels the lead at the second intermission.

Brittney Cosmo tied the game 3-3 midway through the third period from Taylor and Gauthier, sending the game to overtime. 

Mel Dodd-Moher (Stittsville, Ont.) picked up the win in goal when Jacklin won the game for Queen's at 3:27 in OT.

Nipissing's goalie Jacqueline Rochefort made 29 saves in the loss.

The Gaels close out the 2013 calendar year with a pair of home games, playing Windsor at 3:30pm on Saturday and Western at 3pm on Sunday.
