KINGSTON, Ont. (October 20, 2013) - The Gaels finished their regular season with goals from
Jennifer Siu (London, Ont.) and
Kyra Steer (Surrey, B.C.) in a 2-2 tie against the Nipissing Lakers on Sunday afternoon on West Campus.

Siu's goal put the Gaels ahead in the 6
th minute with a shot off the post. Shannon Russell responded for the Lakers in the 7
th minute. Steer put the Gaels ahead again in the 20
th minute, but Nipissing tied the game in the 60
th minute with a goal from Sara Dorval.

The Gaels qualify for the playoffs in 4
th spot, and will play their OUA East quarterfinal against the Laurentian Voyageurs on Wednesday at the West Campus Field.
