A three-goal second half gave the No. 1-ranked Queen's Gaels a shutout, 4-0, of the Ryerson Rams in OUA women's soccer action at Lamport Stadium in Toronto, Saturday.

Kayla Crnic scored after the interval as the Gaels blew the contest, their first road game of the season, open after the interval.
Riley Filion had opened the scoring for the Gaels as she scored off a corner kick during first-half stoppage time. Kay extended the lead in the 51st minute, with Almeida finding the net in the 65th, and Crnic put the game away five minutes from the end.
Sabrina Carew started in goal for the Gaels, making two saves in 75 minutes. She was replaced by
Rachel Burton for the final 15 minutes, as Queen's picked up their second shared shutout in three games. Queen's outshot Ryerson 13-2, with Katrina Pearson-Thomas making nine saves for the Rams.
The Gaels (2-1-0) return to action on Sunday, as the visit the U of T Varsity Blues. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
