BOX SCORE KINGSTON, Ont. (January 14, 2012) - The Queen's Gaels (0-12) fell to the York University Lions (2-11) on Saturday night in Kingston. The final score of the game was 66-62.
The Gaels found themselves in a difficult position at the start of the game, behind 16-4 after a hot start from the Lions. Despite this, the team was able to rally and keep the score to within seven by the end of the opening quarter, 23-16. In the second and third, the Gaels stayed toe-to-toe with the Lions, with quarter scores of 12-12 and 21-21 in the second and third respectively. In the fourth quarter the Gaels made a push to get ahead, but could not overcome the deficit built in the first quarter.

Misljencevic led the Gaels with 14 points off the bench to go along with four rebounds.
The Gaels are back in action next Friday evening against Carleton University in Ottawa. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:00pm.
