WATERLOO, Ont. (September 16, 2011)-
Liam Underwood of Toronto led the Queen's Gaels (2-0) in points in their 22-12 win over the Waterloo Warriors. He contributed seven points, coming from his two successful conversions and one penalty kick at the Warrior's home field.
Also contributing to the Gaels scoring was
Tim Richardson of Vancouver, Pat Richardson of Vancouver and
Matt Kelly of Toronto, as they each scored a try.
The Warriors managed to score two tries and one successful conversion, but it was ultimately not enough against the Gaels who played a solid team game.
The game resulted in three tries, two conversions and one penalty kick for the Gaels, keeping their blemish free season intact.
Queen's will play at home next weekend, September 24, 2011 against the McMaster Marauders at 1pm
