Hard fought loss for Gaels against the Guelph Gryphons

GUELPH, Ont. (November 11, 2011)- Despite a close match, the Gaels lost to the Guelph Gryphons in five sets on Saturday night, losing the final by a slim margin (15-13).

The Gaels dropped the first set, but rallied their game after an early wake up call. The team managed to win the second and third sets, but were unable to convert this momentum into a win.

Guelph would take set four and force the extra where the Gryphons prevailed 15-13.

They will look to improve on their season against Brock tomorrow.
