NORTH BAY, Ont. (October 16, 2011) - The Lakers could not find an answer for the Gaels as they coasted to a 5-0 win this Sunday afternoon in North Bay, Ont. 

The Gaels started early and did not let up. In the first minute of play, Andrew Colosimo, of Thunder Bay, Ont. put Queen's on the scoreboard. Just two minute later, Colosimo added another, giving the Gaels a 2-0 lead before the game reached four minutes. In the 19th minute of play, Patrick Zenetti of Carp, Ont. scored, adding to the Gaels' lead. 

It did not end there. The second half remained relatively quiet until the 72nd minute where Jordan Brooks of Angus, Ont. was able to connect. Three minutes after that, Eric Koskins of Richmond Hill, Ont. put in the final goal for the Gaels. The final score was 5-0.

Dylan Maxwell had a shutout for the Gaels, making six saves on the night. 

The Gaels face off against the Lakers again next Saturday at 2:15pm on Tindall Field.
