HAMILTON, N.Y. (September 30, 2011) - The Gaels finished off their exhibition play Friday night as they visited the Colgate Raiders in Hamilton N.Y., faling 4-3 after the Raiders broke a 3-3 tie with only minutes remaining.
Despite being outshot 26-13 the Gaels took the Raiders down to the final minutes of action before Taylor Voipe of Tustin, Cal. scored her second goal of the game to put the Raiders ahead 4-3.

Mel Dodd-Moher of Stittsville, Ont. stopped 22 shots in a losing effort while veterans
Brittany McHaffie of Guelph, Ont.,
Kristin Smith of Toronto and rookie winger
Taryn Pilon of Peterborough, Ont. all scored for the Gaels.
The team will open thier 2011-12 campaign on the road as they visit the Brock Badgers on October 6th at 7:15pm.
