SUDBURY, Ont. (October 24, 2010) – Joseph Zupo of Toronto scored two first half goals leading the Gaels to a convincing 4-0 men's soccer victory over the Laurentian Voyageurs on Sunday afternoon.

The Gaels finished the regular season fourth in the OUA Eastern Division and will rematch the Laurentian Voyageurs at home on Wednesday, October 27th in the first round of the playoffs. Kickoff is set for 1:00pm.

Zupo netted his two goals in the 31st and 42nd minute of the game giving Queen's the lead they would never relinquish. Andrew Colosimo of Thunder Bay, Ont., scored in the final minute of the first half to make the score 3-0.

Gaels' striker, Eric Koskins of Richmond Hill, Ont., added a goal in the 67th minute to round out the scoring at 4-0.

Keeper, Maxfield Materne of Toronto, recorded the shutout.

Queen's finishes the regular season with a record of 8-5-1, placing them one point behind Ryerson for fourth in the OUA Eastern Division.
