Sudbury, Ont. (February 6, 2009) – Ryan Harisine of St. Marys, Ont., was the lone bright spot netting 25 points in a 90-71 loss to the Laurentian Voyageurs in Ontario University Athletics (OUA) men's basketball action on Friday.

Harisine was the only Gael to post over 20 points recording five three pointers and was a perfect 2-for 2 from the line. Nick DiDonato of Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., netted 12 points and nine rebounds in the Gaels seventh straight loss.

Laurentian led every quarter and opened up a comfortable eight point lead heading into halftime. In the second half, the Vees continued to pour on the pressure including a dominate 22-13 final frame to close the scoring at 90-71.

Paul Kovacs of Barrie, Ont., was the game's high scorer recording 28 points for Laurentian.

Queen's looks to break their seven game losing skid travelling to take on the York Lions in Toronto at 8:00pm.
