Ottawa, Ont. ( November 7, 2008) – Going into the third period of play Queen' s looked to be in control up by two goals but a power play goal just 30 seconds into the final frame swung the game around for Ottawa as they came back to defeat the Gaels 4-3 in a shootout.
Captain
Jonathon Lawrance of Etobicoke, Ont. had a goal and an assist in regulation and was the only Gael to score in the shootout but that was not enough.
