Mitch Leger of Kingston, Ont., was a force in all three Gaels victories this past week. The fourth year sociology major opened the week with a 17 point, 8 rebound performance against the RMC Paladins on Tuesday night. Leger then produced one of the most dominating single-game performances that the OUA has seen this season as he scored 20 points and pulled down 20 rebounds in a 67-62 win over the Toronto Varsity Blues. Finally, in the Gaels last game in Bartlett Gym, Leger had 26 points and 15 rebounds against the Ryerson Rams. Overall for the week, the graduate of Frontenac S.S. averaged 21 points and 14.3 rebounds per game and currently sits 1st in the CIS in rebounds per game and 8th in points per game.
