Kelli Chamberlain of North Bay, Ont., scored two goals, including the game winner, to propel the No. 3 Queen’s Gaels past the Laurier Golden Hawks in the OUA Semifinal on Saturday. Chamberlain’s goal in the overtime session also helped secure the Gaels a berth in the CIS Championships in Toronto next weekend. The physical and health education major now has three goals in post-season action as she also scored the game winner against Carleton in the OUA Quarter-final. Chamberlain will look to continue her strong play this Thursday at 11:00 am when the Gaels open their bid for a CIS Championship against the StFX X-Women.
