David Rooney of Kingston, Ont., was a defensive force in Queen’s 43-21 victory over the Waterloo Warriors on Saturday afternoon. The education major led the Gaels with nine solo tackles and returned an interception 31 yards for a touchdown. The interception his third in the Gaels last two games while his touchdown was the first of his CIS career.
