Becky Conroy of Pembroke, Ont., was instrumental in helping the Queen’s Women’s hockey team open their season 2-0 this weekend. On Saturday against York, the accounting major scored two goals, including the game winner, in a 4-0 win over the Lions. On Sunday, in a thrilling 6-5 come-from-behind win over Toronto, Conroy scored the game-tying goal and set-up the winner to cap off a three point night.
