Amanda Morra helped the women’s hockey team advance in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) playoffs netting a hat-trick in a 4-2 victory over the No. 9 nationally ranked Toronto Varsity Blues. With the win against Toronto, Queen’s advanced to the OUA semifinal against, Wilfrid Laurier University, where they eventually fell in two games to the No.2 nationally ranked Golden Hawks . In game 2 the Gaels and Hawks battled for over 96 minutes before Laurier defeated Queen’s in triple –overtime.
