Tessier was named the co-recipient of the 2010-11 Oustanding Performance of the Year award. The women's soccer player finished first in the nation in goal scoring with 18, accounting for nearly 40% of her team's scoring this year. She also added four goals in the Gaels run to their first CIS Championship title since 1988. This year, Tessier was named the OUA East Player of the Year, a CIS First Team All-Canadian and an OUA First Team All-Star.
