Mel Dodd-Moher of Ottawa, won her first career OUA post-season game as the Queen’s Gaels won a double overtime thriller over the No. 10 Windsor Lancers in their OUA Quarter-final match Saturday night. The second year biology major was spectacular in net as she turned aside 46 of the 47 shots she faced through four and a half periods of action before the Kelsey Thomson of Martintown, Ont., ended the game with a powerplay goal. Armed with a 0.74 GAA and a .979 SV%, Dodd-Moher will now lead the Gaels into their best-of-three OUA Semifinal matchup against the No. 2 Laurier Golden Hawks.
