Brittany Moore of Hannon, Ont., was the Gaels offensive catalyst this past weekend as Queen’s swept York and Laurentian to qualify for the OUA playoffs. With the Gaels needing to win both games, the fourth year physical and health education major scored 21 points to go along with four assists and three rebounds in Queen’s 74-67 victory over the Lions. Saturday, Moore led Queen’s back from a 10 point first quarter deficit against Laurentian, recording 24 points, five rebounds and two assists, as the Gaels won 65-62. It is the first time this season that the OUA’s fourth leading scorer has recorded 20+ points in both weekend games.
