Ryan Golden of Barrie, Ont., had a breakout performance for the Gaels this weekend. Golden posted a career-high in points scored as he dropped 18 points while adding five rebounds and three assists in a loss to the Carleton Ravens Friday night. Golden’s play was a big reason why Queen’s kept the Ravens margin of victory to only 13 points, their second lowest of the season. Saturday night, Golden continued his solid play, scoring six points and dishing out a career-high five assists in an 88-79 loss to the Ottawa Gee-Gees.
