Matt Kelly of Toronto, had an excellent all-around performance this weekend as the Queen's Gaels opened defence of their 2009 OUA Championship with a 54-8 victory over the Laurier Golden Hawks. The second year physical and health education major scored a pair of trys for Queen's and was also very strong defensively as the team limited the Golden Hawks to just a single try. He currently sits tied for fourth in scoring in the OUA with 10 points.
