Liske was awarded the Alfie Pierce Trophy as male rookie of the year. The first year forward was an offensive force for the Gaels in his first year in the OUA, leading the team and all OUA and CIS rookies in scoring with 40 points. The commerce major was subsequently named to the OUA All-Rookie team.
