ARC plays host to OFSAA 'AAA' Boys Basketball Championship

KINGSTON, Ont. (March 8, 2010) – For the next three days, some of the best young basketball talent in Ontario will be taking to the court at the Athletics & Recreation Centre (ARC).

Teams from across the province will be battling for the 'AAA' Boys Basketball Championship, with games also being played at St. Lawrance College and Royal Military College.

The ARC will be hosting games in both the Main and Upper Gyms, with the first games tipping off this morning at 10:00 am. The Main Gym will be the site of the medal games on Wednesday night, with the bronze medal game going at 6:00 pm and the gold medal game tipping off at 8:00 pm. 

Queen's Gaels basketball star Mitch Leger of Kingston, Ont., will also be the keynote speaker at the banquet on Monday night at the Ambassador Conference Resort.
